We understand all aspects of reconfigurations, including sensitive equipment movement, content boxing and movement of existing furniture combined with furniture reconfiguration of new and existing product.
We understand the importance of reconfiguration / relocation logistics and have developed processes which increase synergy and allow multiple trades to accomplish multiple tasks cohesively.
We have an extensive warehouse centrally located in New Castle, Delaware where we can receive, store and deliver furniture. Our warehouse personnel are experts at handling and storing products eliminating the chance of damage. Additionally, they are required to be very detailed about receiving and documenting shipments.
With the ability to warehouse and inventory furniture, we offer many clients the ability to store and manage their assets in a cost effective way. We provide not only professional storage, but also accurate computer generated inventory reports so your product is being stored properly and documented and in our real-time database.
We ensure that all products are correctly identified and inspected when received, documented when moved and maintained in a secure location that is recorded as part of our inventory management process.
Repair, Maintenance and Refurbishing
In addition to our project services, we offer expert repair and maintenance to our customers. Our skilled repair technicians can offer valuable day-to-day assistance throughout the area. Our fabric-care unit can professionally clean your upholstered furniture, including panels, chairs or reception furniture. We can also refurbish your furniture, replacing fabric or refinishing wood.
Advance Office Installations, Inc. offers design and specification services. We have the expertise to provide strategic programming, development of space plans and translation of layout for product specification counts and installation drawings.
We use GIZA for space planning development and design configurations. CAP Specifier, a furniture specification program is used for the creation of product counts, and bill of materials. All design is prepared in-house giving us the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion, including full size drawings.
Project Planning & Management
Well-analyzed and strategic work plans lead to successful project management. Our work plans are a culmination of detailed analysis of all project elements—including design layout, schedule coordination, field verification, and equipment planning. Our expert coordination and management produce results outlined in our work plan. Our project managers attend coordination meetings, interface with building personnel, review project plans, and monitor the overall progress of a project. Additionally, they add input creating value by identifying ways to minimize cost and maximize time.
Our planning, project management and customer service skills are further enhanced with time spent in the field overseeing the activities of our installation teams. All of our project managers have experience in the field and believe in quality workmanship, efficient labor management and focused task completion.
Our field installation teams receive constant training— including progress monitoring, installation specification review and issue identification with follow-up, which ensures proper field communication and accurate administration.
